Lisa Kilgour has been named Middleburg Bank's Senior Vice President of Operations, a promotion from her prior Vice President position. Kilgour will supervise and coordinate banking operations, including Image and Data Processing, Deposit Operations, Electronic Banking and Loan Operations.

Kilgour joined Middleburg Bank in 1995. She began her career in financial services over 20 years ago, working for Farmers & Merchants National Bank and Middletown Valley Bank. She is an ACH Accredited Professional and a graduate of the BAI School of Bank Operations and Technology. She also attended Virginia Tech and received her B.A. in Business from National Lewis University in Evanston, Illinois.

Kilgour is a native of Loudoun County and is an active member of the community. She is involved in the Purcellville Rotary Golf Tournament, which benefits western Loudoun charities and has served on the Loudoun Hospital Golf Classic committee.
