Brian A. Pellatt is the new chef at The Ashby Inn in Paris, VA. Mr. Pellatt managed the inn's kitchen from 1994 to 1997 before leaving to open his own restaurant, One Block West in Winchester, VA.

"We could not be happier at Brian's return. He's a pro with a refreshing new slant on food," said Roma Sherman, who has owned the inn and restaurant with her husband John, since 1985.

Before coming to the inn, Mr. Pellatt worked at Jean Louis at the Watergate and the Jockey Club in Washington, D.C.
