At the annual meeting of the Piedmont Community Foundation (PCF) the directors elected a new president, J. Bradley "Brad" Davis (photo), to succeed outgoing president, C. L. "Tim" Dimos (photo).

Tim Dimos is the Mayor of Middleburg and an estate and tax attorney. As a one of the founders of the Piedmont Community Foundation, "Hiz Honor" served as president since inception in June of 1999 through October 2005 and remains as legal counsel to the Foundation. Tim was presented with a gift clock/plaque inscribed with his service dates in tribute of recognition for his leadership steadfastly provided as a pioneer and visionary in leading the Foundation over the first six years. A spontaneous round of applause for Tim broke out following words of thanks expressed by fellow founder and director, Joseph L. Boling (Chairman, President and CEO of Middleburg Financial Corporation) on behalf of Tim's fellow directors and staff of the Foundation.

Newly elected president, Brad Davis, is the managing partner and founder of Ridge Capital Partners, L.L.C. in Middleburg, VA. With 22 years experience in private equity investing his skill in financial matters and creating successful partnerships will be key assets as he steps into the top leadership role with PCF. His PCF colleagues welcome his knowledge and spirit which complements the goals and vision of the 1999 PCF founders.

Brad chose involvement with PCF because, "Although there are many worthy organizations with a long history and great service record, I felt that the PCF was the one organization that could broadly address the escalating social, educational, environmental, and philanthropic necessities of the area and, at the same time, not compete with other organizations. In fact, to the contrary, be collaborative and complementary.
