· From pages 4 of the print edition

On Monday, August 28, Loudoun County Transit (LC Transit) expanded service and add capacity with seven new commuter coaches that were delivered in early August. Commuter bus service will now be available from the Dulles South area with buses departing the park and ride lot in Stone Ridge and traveling to Rosslyn, the Pentagon and Washington, D.C.

The 250-space park and ride lot is located at the intersection of Millstream Drive and Village Center Place in the Harris Teeter shopping center. Six buses will be departing this lot beginning at 5:25 a.m. through 7:40 a.m. each weekday. County staff will be at the new Stone Ridge lot on Monday, August 28, and Tuesday, August 29, distributing free bus tickets to passengers boarding the buses at that location on those two days.

For schedule information, check out the website www.loudoun.gov/bus or call the Office of Transportation Services at 703-771-5665, where the staff will be happy to assist you with finding solutions for your commuting needs.
