New Medical Automation Conference at Lansdowne
Medical Automation, a conference focused on technologies that improve the efficiency and safety of health care delivery, will be held at the Lansdowne Resort on Thursday, November 2nd, and Friday, November 3rd.
Featuring an international audience of health care providers and technology developers as well as a trade exhibition, Medical Automation promises to attract a new breed of professionals to Loudoun County. The inaugural sponsor, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, provided the financial foundation that attracted the conference from Helsinki, Finland to Virginia.
The Inova Health System provided a Founding Sponsorship.
Given these incentives, the conference Chairs, UVA's Dr. Robin Felder and Terry Sharrer, founder of the Loudoun Science and Technology Cabinet, have made a 5 year commitment to host the conference in Loudoun County.
