Mayor Betsy Davis presented town employee Marvin Simms, Jr. with a certificate and an administrative day of leave in recognition of his innovative ideas and superb service to Middleburg. "Marvin has consistently been an outstanding town employee," Davis said. "He comes up with creative ways to do more work with less, and has drastically cut the overtime in his shop."
