Middleburg's Market Salamander Debuts in Palm Beach: A Celebratory "Taste of Florida" For Virginia Customers
To celebrate the opening of Market Salamander in Palm Beach, Florida, the Middleburg market will offer 'A Taste of Florida,' to Northern Virginia customers. A scrumptious key lime tart by Pastry Chef Jason Reeves, key lime and ginger shrimp and many other sunny surprises will be available during the month of March.
Market Salamander Palm Beach is modeled after the Middleburg market in space that was once home to former Palm Beach institution, Herbert's Lafayette Market. Sheila Johnson completely renovated the space to create a space reflective of her passion for fine food, from ingredients to preparation to packaging. MSPB will offer menus heavily focused on prepared take-away foods that do not compromise either quality of flavor.
General Manager and Chef, Steve Petusevsky spent ten years as Director of Creative Food Development for Whole Foods. His passion is for creative, wholesome, and satisfying food that focuses on fresh ingredients and full, forward flavors.
Petusevsky refers to the diverse menu offerings as "global cuisine with Mediterranean influences" a reflection of his own personal taste and extensive travel and writing assignments.
MSPB's off-site social and corporate catering staff will serve any event from lavish weddings to down home cookouts to board room luncheons. Daily delivery services are also available.
Market Salamander Palm Beach is located at 155 North County Road in Palm Beach, Florida and operates Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm. For more information please call 561.659.MSPB (6772) or visit www.marketsalamander.com.
