Brambleton Wins Big in Building Industry Competition
Brambleton, a 2,000-acre community in southeastern Loudoun blending innovative residential and retail architecture with attractive landscaping and advanced technology, captured top honors in the Washington Metropolitan Sales & Marketing Council, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, and Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association competitions.
Recognized for Best Exterior Features and Commercial Presentation (over 500 units) and Best Overall Onsite Marketing Presentation (over 500 units), Brambleton won big at the 331st anniversary celebration of the MAME's (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) awards.
One of Loudoun's newest developments and the nation's first Verizon-enhanced fiber optic community (FIOS), Brambleton features single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums from six major builders, a large town center with upscale retailers including Harris Teeter's flagship Loudoun grocery, landscaped parks and green space.
Fox Cinemas' 16-theater complex opened last year in the second phase of the Brambleton Town Center, and a number of unique and upscale retailers are now open in the growing retail sector.
