Long & Foster Celebrates Community Service and Sales Team of the Month

· From pages 16, 17 of the print edition

Middleburg's Long & Foster agents and other local realtors worked a full day recently with Habitat for Humanity at the Mary Jane Jackson subdivision next to Banneker Elementary School in the St. Louis neighborhood.

Tremendous enthusiasm and commitment to hard work for the community were in ample evidence among everyone who participated in Long & Foster's most inclusive day of volunteering during the company-wide Community Service Day.

Managing Broker Michele Stevens said this year's turnout was great and continued that, "It was wonderful to see the houses we worked on last year now occupied."

Ten local Long & Foster agents and staff were joined by Karen Reifert from Long & Foster Insurance and Brian McGowan from Thomas & Talbot. Refreshments and lunch were provided by Long & Foster Insurance; Prosperity Mortgage and MBH Settlement Company.

Stevens also announced that Scott Buzzelli and Peter Pejacsevich were named Sales Team of the Month for their achievements during the month of May.

Buzelli, active in Northern Virginia real estate for the past 12 years, brings expertise in property development, financing, zoning and conservation policy to his clients.

Pejacsevich, born and educated in Austria where he entered the commercial real estate field, has worked with resorts in the Caribbean and has experience in land acquisition, marketing and high-end luxury properties.
