Summer's Here! Foxcroft's, day and residential camp for children 5-14, will hold two Open Houses in April, Director Susie Old announced Thursday. The Open Houses, which offer prospective campers and their families to tour the campus and meet the staff, will be held Sunday, April 5, and Sunday, April 19, from 1-4 p.m. Foxcroft is located four miles north of Middleburg, on Foxcroft Road.

Senior and junior counselors as well as counselors-in-training who work with each age group will be on hand for parents to get to know, to lead tours and to describe the various activities that are available. Ms. Old, who has overseen the popular camps for more than 20 years, is also available to answer questions. Light refreshments are offered as well.

Summer's Here will hold three two-week sessions this summer, beginning June 29, July 13, and July 27, 2009. Transportation is available from a number of surrounding counties. In addition to a general camp experience, specialty riding, theatre and, for older children, adventure camps are offered.
