Since carving out her niche in the honeymoon industry more than twenty years ago, Teresa Belcher is passionate about helping couples turn the honeymoon of their dreams into reality.

What sets Teresa Belcher, President of Honeymoon Islands, apart from other industry planners is the lavish list of 4 and 5 star properties she represents and the unparalleled 24/7 impeccable customer service she is able to offer, which not many agencies can say they do.

She also works with each couple to tailor the honeymoon of their dreams into one they will cherish forever.

"When I got into the travel industry and saw some of the properties being marketed as honeymoon destinations I thought, I would never send anyone I know to some of these resorts." So she decided to define her business by only offering honeymoons that were over the top – elegant, luxurious, pampered romance. This really set the tone for what she was looking to offer her clients. "I decided that I would never offer the average, everyday honeymoon," says Belcher.

As a result of her extensive travel experience, she provides travel planning services for those looking to go on a luxury romantic vacation or getaway to include private jet services to islands, even private island buyouts for a truly private excursion for two or for any number of people for any occasion with offerings worldwide. "Matching the finest resorts and islands that money can buy to discerning couples all over the world is what I do!" She takes pride in knowing first-hand each and every resort and island that is featured on her website www.honeymoonislands.com.

Belcher was featured on the Travel Channel's "Great Escapes" show for unique honeymoon ideas. Additionally, she has been nominated by Condé Nast Traveler Magazine as well as Travel & Leisure as the nation's top 100 Travel Agents in the honeymoon planning category. Finally, she was selected to participate in the American Music Awards luxury getaways giveaway.

Teresa recently relocated to the Middleburg area and is a new member of the Middleburg Business and Professional Association.
