Juicing some of these colorful fruits and vegetables is a great way to start your day. A green juice of kale, celery, ginger, lemon, and apples will be surprisingly sweet and nutritious too. Lunch time can be met with crusty bread adorned with sliced avocados, a little lemon juice, topped off with sprouts. Dinner can be gorgeous beet pasta with ricotta. It is surprisingly easy to eat healthy when you have the right ingredients on hand. In fact, it is fun and rewarding to eat this way. Your body will thank you and your energy will soar. Stop the package food route and give your body what it truly craves. Maybe it is lean protein with a colorful salad. It is not hard to find colorful lettuces, cabbage, tomatoes or many other colorful fruits and vegetables to add in. Have fun with creating your meal. In fact the less complicated you make it the better it will be. I like to get the family involved, it is a fun way to bond and share in the cooking process.
