Utility Bills

· From pages 12 of the print edition

Semmes reported that Troy & Banks, consultants hired to review the Town's utility billings had found an accounting/classification error in its Dominion Power bills, which yielded a refund to the town of some $3,250. After deducting Troy & Banks' 29% fee, Middleburg was with a credit of $2,305, part of which would go into the Utility Fund and part into the Town's General Fund.
