The Virginia Chamber of Commerce recently awarded Senator Jill H. Vogel with the Champion of Free Enterprise Award for her work during the 2014 legislative session. The Chamber announced that Senator Vogel received a 100% and A+ ranking in the Virginia Chamber of Commerce 2014 Legislative Report Card.

The Virginia Chamber of Commerce annual report gave Senator Vogel the designation based on her pro-business record of support for issues affecting commerce, economic development and business in the Commonwealth.

Sen. Vogel commented on the award saying, "I am honored to have worked during this legislative session on issues that improve Virginia's business climate and promote job growth and economic development. Business issues are consistently cited as a top priority of constituents in my district and it continues to be a major focus of my work in Richmond. I am very grateful for this recognition by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and I am proud to work with them. The Chamber is certainly a great partner and tremendous advocate for issues important to businesses in my community."
