On February 9, Council unanimously retaining a law firm, Vanderpool, Frostick & Nishanian.  And that “Martin Crim of that firm be appointed Middleburg Town Attorney to serve at the pleasure of Council in accordance with the legal services agreement and the Town Charter.  Crim will replace outgoing Town Attorney Angela Plowman.
