Middleburg's Emmanuel Episcopal Church presents the latest in their "At The Parish House" performance and arts series. "Scary Songs & Stories" will be the perfect warm-up for Halloween. Local residents and students will do their best to frighten you with a medley of songs and stories (Headless Horseman, anyone?). It all happens on Sunday October 29, 3 p.m., at Emmanuel's Parish House (105 East Washington St.). To reserve a seat, call 540-687-6297. There's no charge (free-will offerings accepted). Scary refreshments will be served. Join the fun and definitely wear your Halloween costume!
