And here it comes. Christmas! The season of love along with many holidays that celebrate family, love, reflection, and peace. Here at our house, we have a few things to look forward to.

This year's very exciting project is the Gift Card collection for children. As many of you know, we have a Snoopy house right in our yard. I don't have a doghouse, but some animated dog does. That is the way the dog treats people to slip their gift cards in, which will go directly to children whom they have postponed as "in need" this holiday season. Please help us out. I think that any child dog, for that matter, is without a gift of some kind.

Our holiday season is full of musical and theatrical events, not to mention many gatherings with loved ones. But, after everything you have been through in the last few years, there is a great need for extra love this year, more than ever. You can sense it in how short-tempered humans are with other humans. All you have to do is try to cross the crosswalk in town to notice that patience is in short supply. I also have seen that most things on your human TV are enormously negative. It's no tone. People seem to be more worried and sad about before the Pandemic. During this time, it's easy to deal with. Millions are dealing with grief, sadness, lies, confusion, and financial distress this holiday season.

I hope all of you humans understand that you all are the same. Souls can see that much sadness, but many of you have your eyes and hearts closed. To the similarities between you. We dogs know this.

I may be a Borkie (half Beagle and half Yorkie) and pass a big yellow Lab or a Pitbull in town, and as different as we are all canines. The same.
