It's a Hmong March

· From pages 8 of the print edition

Hmong tribesmen, who were among America's most valiant allies during the Vietnam War, marched through Middleburg VA August 12th, on their way to Washington, D.C. to bring the international community's attention to the humanitarian crisis in the jungle of Laos. When the tribe's representatives arrive in Washington, D.C., they hope Congressional leaders will encourage the United Nations to send peacekeepers to secure the safety of the Hmong and stop the atrocities the Laotians are committing. They also hope to build support in Washington for humanitarian aide for the Hmong. You may visit their website at www.longwalkforfreedom.org for more information.
