Mr. And Mrs. Mark Davis of Middleburg, Virginia, and Mr. And Mrs, Jim Atkins of Delaplane, Virginia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Caroline Brooke Costin, to Mr. Nathan Drake Kline, son of Dr. and Mrs. H Leon Gatlin, III of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Mr. And Mrs. Edward Kline of West Jefferson, North Carolina. Miss Costin is also the daughter of the late McKelvy Costin.

Brooke is the granddaughter of Mr. And Mrs. Howard O. Allen and Mrs. Jean Costin Gold of Middleburg, Virginia, the late William G. Costin, Jr., and the late Mrs. William C. Schoettle. She graduated from James Madison University, and earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in Sociology. Brooke is a Recruiting Manager at Sherpa, LLC.

Nathan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Nathan is an Account Executive at Mindblazer.

The couple resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. They will be married on September 16, 2006 in Middleburg, Virginia.
