Boot Camp Boosts Caloric Burn

At Middleburg Fitness Club, an outdoor regimen that boosts caloric burn has helped participants lose up to 4% of their body fat after their first semester. It's a fun experience that involves light jogging, calisthenics, and instruction from two highly motivated "sergeants" who are actually instructors at the Club. The first semester was so well received that two additional semesters will open this summer with more planned for the fall. The course is in and around the Hill School where there is little traffic and many of the exercises are conducted on grass. If interested, call the Middleburg Fitness Club at 540.687.6007 to join.
