Middleburg's business community has swept the Loudoun County Visitors Association awards for the year. At a recent recognition ceremony, five Middleburg-based businesses and individuals received honors.

Awards were presented to Market Salamander Pastry Chef Jason Reaves, Market Salamander Executive Sous Chef Vaughn Skaggs, and Pink Box Visitor Center docent Mary Kay Garwood as individuals honored.

Chrysalis Vineyards 8th Annual Norton Wine & Bluegrass Festival, and the Upperville Colt & Horse Show swept the "Events of the Year" awards.

This recognition reflects the quality of service and hospitality that Middleburg businesses are known for throughout the region.
