In late October Council passed a resolution conditionally accepting on the Town's behalf the Salamander Water Supply Facilities, including "the well and facilities at 800 Stonewall Avenue, Well L and associated water lines and appurtenances constructed by Salamander Development, LLC."

At the same time the Town approved a request from Salamander Development, for release from of a Letter of Credit held for the construction of the facilities contingent upon: (1) the receipt of assigned maintenance bond, and (2) proof that all contractors and suppliers had been paid in full and any claims on the Town's property satisfied and released in full; and, (3) receipt and Town approval of corrected as-built drawings of the facilities.
