Chloe's specializes in the personal shopping experience. Shop owner, Wendy Osborn, former New York buyer, and management with Neiman Marcus says, "We will strive to offer excellent customer service, because the most important thing that we can build is our relationships with our customers. Ms. Osborn is complemented by Pamela Alexiou, the manager and buyer for Chloe's. Pamela brings over 25 years of retail experience, including running the Occasion, a boutique in Alabama and former manager and buyer at Zest. Pamela is extremely gifted at creating a shopping experience tailored exactly to the customer's personal style.
